Returns Policy

At DroneSouq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we've made it simple to return items, with a few clear guidelines.

15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Request a Return

⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Request a return for the original item.
  • Once accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Note: If the returned item passes inspection and is in acceptable condition, we will proceed with the exchange. Any price difference and courier charges (for both sending and returning) will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at dronecapitalksa@outlook.com 

If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of 100 SAR will apply.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not related to a defect or shipping error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We will provide the return address upon approval of the return request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 2–4 working days to process, and up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
