Payment Methods

At DroneSouq we aim to make paying for your drone as convenient and secure as possible. Below is an overview of the payment methods we accept and how we protect your transaction.

Please check with us before you order

Most of our drones are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind units. Always confirm availability, condition and included accessories with our support team on WhatsApp before placing an order. If you cancel an order that was placed without checking with us first, a cancellation fee is deducted to cover payment-processing and handling costs — even if the order has not shipped yet — so the refunded amount will be less than the amount paid.

Accepted payment methods

• mada, Visa and Mastercard — all major Saudi and international debit and credit cards, processed securely through Shopify Payments.
• Apple Pay — one-tap checkout on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
• Tamara and Tabby — split your payment into interest-free installments. Approval and eligibility are determined by the provider at checkout and subject to their terms.
• Cash on delivery (COD) — available in Saudi Arabia. A 3% COD fee is added to the order total and paid to the Naqel Express courier together with the order amount. COD orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Bank transfer — available on request for high-value orders; contact us on WhatsApp.

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, apart from the 3% fee on cash-on-delivery orders.

Transaction security

• All card payments are processed in a PCI-DSS compliant environment with SSL encryption.
• We never see or store your full card details; they are submitted directly to the payment processor.

Failed or declined transactions

If a payment is declined, nothing is charged to your account. If your bank places a temporary hold on the funds, it is usually released within 3–5 business days. If a problem persists, contact us and we will help.

Order verification

For some orders — especially high-value or cash-on-delivery orders — we may contact you to confirm your details before processing. Please make sure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delays.
