Order Processing & Payment

Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

Product Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be notified within 24 hours and offered a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via Naqel Express within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days.
• Shipping is free across Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries.

Returns & Cancellations

• We offer a 15-day return window, starting from the date of delivery.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• If the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
• If an order is cancelled after shipment, a cancellation fee of 100 SAR will apply.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process first. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item. Any price differences and courier costs must be covered by the customer.
