Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DroneSouq, Saudi Arabia's marketplace for new and pre-owned DJI drones. We are committed to tracked, reliable delivery and clear communication from the moment you order until your drone is in your hands.

Please check with us before you order

Most of our drones are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind units. Always confirm availability, condition and included accessories with our support team on WhatsApp before placing an order. If you cancel an order that was placed without checking with us first, a cancellation fee is deducted to cover payment-processing and handling costs — even if the order has not shipped yet — so the refunded amount will be less than the amount paid.

Courier

All shipments are handled by Naqel Express. Every order is shipped with a tracking number.

Delivery within Saudi Arabia

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase.
Handling time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Saturday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). Every pre-owned unit is flight-tested and inspected once more before it is packed.
Transit time: 5–10 business days with Naqel Express.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 weeks from the date of order.

Delivery to other Gulf countries

We also deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Oman with Naqel Express. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks. Cash on delivery is available in these countries too (3% fee). Any local customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's drone import and registration rules before ordering.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Oman. A 3% COD fee is added to the order total and is payable to the courier together with the order amount. COD orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch; unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive the Naqel Express tracking number by email or SMS. You can also ask us on WhatsApp for an update at any time.

Delays

Delivery estimates are subject to delays caused by weather, public holidays, customs or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will follow up with Naqel Express and keep you updated.

Lost or damaged packages

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If the shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for a lost parcel) with photos of the packaging and the item. We will open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Change of address

If your order has not yet been dispatched, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will update the address. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot guarantee a change.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the cost of re-shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Drone registration and permits

Every country we deliver to requires drones to be registered before they fly. Rules change often, so verify with the authority before you order — and for Qatar and Oman, message us first so we can confirm import approval.

Saudi Arabia — GACA. Every drone must be registered regardless of weight, through the GACA portal. You'll need a Saudi National ID or valid Iqama. We send a step-by-step guide with each order.
United Arab Emirates — GCAA. Register the drone and the pilot with the General Civil Aviation Authority before flying; in Dubai the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) also requires approval. Fly only in approved zones.
Qatar — QCAA. A permit from the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority is required before flying, and importing a drone may need prior approval. Please contact us before ordering.
Oman — CAA. The Civil Aviation Authority requires a permit to import and operate a drone. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the current process.

Registration and permits are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders refused or returned because a required permit or import approval was not obtained are treated as a cancellation under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
